CBIZ Benefit and Insurance Services provides additional support to our Employees.

Employees have 60 calendar days to notify the Human Resources office if a change needs to be made to their insurance coverage(s) due to a qualifying Life Event. You will be required to provide proof of the Life Event and eligibility documentation in order to add/remove a member to your insurance benefits. For a list of Qualifying Life Events, click HERE.
