All of the below information is located on each staff member’s NeoGov website. Once logged in, click the dropdown arrow at “Onboarding” and select “eForms”. This will open up a “Quick Links” box. In the top right hand corner click “View All”. The Title Vi training is located at the bottom right hand of the page. Click on the title and it will open all the links listed below in one easy location. The only thing missing is the department head form, which is attached to this page for your convenience. You can also recieve this form via NeoGov if you prefer.

IF your department “lays hands” on (receive grant funding, manages grant funding, processes grant funding, etc.) Federal/State grant money, the department head and staff are required to receive certification on an annual basis. The last page of the link has direct links to those sites where certification can be achieved.
